How Nile Cruises in Egypt, operated by Egypt Holiday Makers, handles bookings, payments and your information.
Note: Children’s rates apply only if sharing a room with parents (maximum one child per parent’s room). Additional charges may apply for children’s airfare if included in the tour package.
Reservations: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred cruise dates. Reservations are confirmed once a deposit is received — typically 30% of the total price (50% deposit applies during peak seasons like Christmas, New Year, and packages including airfare). This deposit counts toward the final payment.
Payment: A minimum deposit of 20% is accepted, with the balance payable in installments or in full upon arrival.
Payment Methods:
Confirmation: Upon receiving your deposit, we will send a confirmation email including your booking details, contract terms, price, and cancellation policy.
Tour Voucher: Once your booking is finalized, you will receive an electronic voucher with all necessary contact details and instructions for your trip.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy, especially if government or airline travel warnings are issued related to your trip. In such cases, cancellation fees are waived, and a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel voluntarily, the following fees apply:
Note: Domestic flight cancellations within Egypt are subject to the airline’s cancellation fees.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via signed email.
Prices vary depending on the number of travelers and include service fees and taxes. All rates are quoted in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, excluding peak holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter.
Please note that entrance fees for some special archaeological sites, such as the Tombs of Tutankhamun and Ramses II in the Valley of the Kings, are not included and must be paid separately.
